• Processing times may increase during holidays, festivals, markets, sales, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package size.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Lost or Delayed Packages

PursuingEdenn is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local post office or shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Addresses

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
